Welcome, and thanks for voting in Pooch Playoffs 2023! Pooch Playoffs is a March Madness-style bracket competition for the Ulti-Mutt Cutest Canine! Each participant paid $99 to enter, and 100% of their donation went to Orphans of the Storm, a no-kill animal shelter in Kittanning, PA. Just a few notes before you start to vote.
- There's no cost to vote.
- You'll be entering your email address to vote. The voting platform does NOT keep your email address.
- Your email address will be visible only to me.
- Please, only one round of voting per email address per day. (Yes, I'll be able to see if you break this rule!)
- There will be four rounds of voting to take us from 16 dogs in Round One to eight dogs in Round Two, to four dogs in Round Three, and finally to two dogs in Round Four. The winner of our Pooch Playoffs bracket will then advance to the international competition, competing against dogs who won their bracket in various cities throughout the United States and Canada.
- Round One voting begins Monday, March 20th at 8:00 am and ends March 22nd at 9:00 pm.
- Round Two voting begins March 23rd at 8:00 am and ends March 25th at 9:00 pm.
- Round Three voting begins March 26th at 8:00 am and ends March 28th at 9:00 pm.
- Round Four voting begins March 29th at 8:00 am and ends March 30th at 9:00 pm.
- The dogs advancing to the next round will be announced at the end of voting for each round on social media. Follow along on Facebook at Kate Buckley Photography and on Instagram @katebuckleyphoto.
- For your vote to be counted, you must vote for ALL of the matchups during each round of voting.
- Because we had only 12 dogs in a 16-dog bracket, I randomly selected four dogs to get a "bye" in the first round of voting. Therefore, in Round One, you'll see four dogs matched against themselves. Just click on one of their images to vote for the dog and advance to the next matchup of dogs.
