Hello!  I'm Kate, a boutique family photographer located in Pittsburgh, PA.  I capture the ordinary and extraordinary moments of a family's life through unposed this-is-who-we-are photographs and also informal portraits.  At heart, I'm a storyteller and I'd love to tell your family's story.

While families come in all different shapes and sizes, the truth is that time is fleeting for all of us.  Kids grow up and one day they will stop doing that cute, funny, ridiculous, or sweet thing that they used to do.  And parents and grandparents change too.  Knowing that these precious moments won't last, it's so important to capture these memories forever, whether that's as beautiful artwork displayed in your home or a handcrafted album to enjoy and one day pass down to your children and grandchildren.
 

My husband and I are parents to two terrific busy teenagers (not exactly sure how that happened so quickly) and a very spoiled pup.  Like you, we're always juggling.  I get it -- life is busy!  So I'm also here to not only make this fun and stress-free (no matching outfits required!) but to take care of you every step of the way.  From the first time that we chat on the phone, to when I photograph your family, to when your artwork is displayed in your home, I promise that you'll feel pampered and loved!
